Wheel Balancer STORM CHALLENGER

We would like to present you a new model of a balancing machine – “Challenger”: with an automatic tightening of the quick-release nut.

Automatic tightening of the quick-release nut allows the operator to save time and effort. It is realized via pedal double push.
The wheel balancer features a comfortable and ergonomic front panel and 40 mm shaft for faster and better wheel balancing.
The telescopic arm provides automatic input of two parameters: the diameter of a wheel and the distance to the inner side of the plane of correction. The front panel with a membrane keypad creates a user-friendly interface. It shows the size of the weight and the exact position of the added weight, as well as the diameter and width of the wheel.
Control of the operation mode and activation of the necessary functions is achieved by pressing a single button, which greatly simplifies the workflow and reduces setup time.
A double-operation program is introduced; allowing you to store the dimensions of two different types of wheels. Thus, two operators can work simultaneously with two different cars with different wheel sizes using the same balancing machine. The transition from one size to another is achieved by pressing one button.
