Wheel Balancer STORM CHALLENGER 2

Semi-automatic Economy Class Wheel Balancer. We would like to present you a new model of the balancing machine – “Challenger 2”: with automatic tightening of the quick-release nut.

The main difference between Challenger and Challenger 2:

1) Automatically rotate the weight setting area

2) Automatically stop in the weight setting area

3) Line in 6 hours mode (This mode setting is off. When it turns off, you can see 6H first and then stick to the weight)

Automatic tightening of the quick-release nut allows the operator to save time and effort. It is implemented by double pressing the pedal. Comfortable and ergonomic front panel and shaft 40 mm allows for quick and high-quality wheel balancing. The telescopic arm provides automatic input of two parameters: the wheel diameter and the distance to the inside of a correction plane. The front panel with a membrane keyboard creates a user-friendly interface. It shows the size of the weight and the exact position of the added weight, as well as the diameter and width of the wheel.
Control of the operation mode and activation of the necessary functions is achieved by pressing a single button, which greatly simplifies the workflow and reduces setup time.
A double-operation program is introduced; allowing you to store the dimensions of two different types of wheels. Thus, two operators can work simultaneously with two different cars with different wheel sizes using the same balancing machine. The transition from one size to another is achieved by pressing one button.
